This page explains what information Auravista Tours & Travels ("Auravista", "we") collects through auravistatravel.com and how it is used.

What we collect

The website itself does not require an account and does not store your details. When you use the enquiry form, the details you enter (name, phone number, travel dates, number of travellers, trip type, budget and any notes) are composed into a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in WhatsApp; from that point the conversation is held on WhatsApp and on our business phone.

If you call or message us directly, we keep the information you share with us so that we can plan and confirm your trip.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or itinerary.
• To make bookings on your behalf with hotels, transport and activity providers, who receive only the details they need to provide the service.
• To contact you about your trip before, during and after travel.

We do not sell your information.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. Photographs are served from an image delivery network, and links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to those services, each of which has its own privacy policy.
