We take care to keep the website accurate, but details such as hotel facilities and activity availability are provided by third parties and may change.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, on this site or via WhatsApp, does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and any advance payment specified in the confirmation has been received.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
